This week in my new area Elder Luz and I have seen a lot of dust and construction! People are losing their houses because they are close to the Ocean, and the city said that they have to find new homes because their houses are going to flood. So hopefully things works out for them.
My companion and I are now 5 minutes away from the church! Do you know what this means!? No more crazy hour long walks for church! No more (or at least) less excuses for investigators to not come haha! This is awesome!
We had one investigator in particular that wanted to go to church with us last week, but he said he didn't have any pants to wear to church. Elder Luz and I were all like "no worries we can let you use ours!" So overall we hope to continue to progress with all of our investigators!
I am so happy to be able to work with Elder Luz! He is so kind and we just fit well together.
